Great

Anybody who ever does anything great has to go through tons of tiny steps to get there. At each step, the work feels futile. In fact, the greater the undertaking, the more futile each tiny step feels. And honestly sometimes it is futile. Not every project makes it off the ground. But if you want to do something great, you have to push through the doubts, push through meaninglessness, and be willing to keep putting one foot in front of the other, even when it feels pointless, useless, or hopeless.
